- Bulk earthworks and full cut-and-fill across the site are now complete.
- Retaining walls have been constructed.
- Sewer and stormwater works are finished, ensuring the site is fully serviced to support housing delivery.
- Underground services are well advanced, with sewer infrastructure at 90% completion, water detention and pump station installation more than halfway through, and electrical works now underway.
