Construction at Bloomfield Estate began in the final months of 2025, marking an important step forward for the project. As we move into 2026, momentum on site has accelerated significantly. Winslow Constructors, our civil construction partner, is now fully mobilised and progressing ahead at pace, working across multiple construction fronts and advancing civil works week by week.
Across the estate, the land is being shaped and prepared for roads, water, electrical and essential services. Visible progress across the early civil stages has positioned Bloomfield for a strong year of delivery.
2025 Sales Recap: Strong Demand and a High-Performing Stage 1
Bloomfield Estate achieved a very strong sales result throughout 2025, finishing the year with 90% of Stage 1 sold. Demand across Warragul and the wider Gippsland corridor remained consistent, driven by buyers seeking value, lifestyle amenity and long-term growth potential.
This strong performance has set the foundation for continued momentum, with Stage 2 now on the market and enquiry levels remaining steady as we enter 2026. Early sales are progressing as construction activity increases confidence among purchasers.
Civil Construction Progress – Early 2026
Significant progress has been made on site since the beginning of the year, with several major milestones reached:
Stage 1 Cut Area Completed
The Stage 1 cut area has been fully stripped of topsoil and stockpiled, establishing the platform for upcoming infrastructure and road works.
Sewer Gravity Pipe Work Commenced
Installation of sewer gravity pipe infrastructure is now underway, marking a key milestone in the delivery of essential underground services.
Winslow Progressing on Site
Winslow’s full mobilisation on site has enabled steady advancement across earthworks, service preparation and the early phases of road formation.
